Audi India, the Indian arm of well appreciated German luxury car maker, has inaugurated its third showroom in Mumbai. The new car outlet of the auto maker is situated on Bhulabhai Desai Road, Haji Ali, which is counted among the key locations of South Mumbai. Reportedly, the auto maker will be offering its entire Indian model range in its new dealership. The state-of-the-art facility was inaugurated by the Head of Audi India Michael Perschke and the Managing Director of Audi Mumbai South, Abhinav Mittal.
Expressing his views on the inaugural ceremony of new dealership, Perschke was quoted as saying, “I am delighted to announce the opening of our new showroom in Mumbai- Audi Mumbai South. This showroom brings us closer to tapping into the underlying growth potential of the luxury automotive market of Mumbai. There is a strong demand for our luxury vehicles from the discerning customers and brand enthusiasts and we want to reach out to all of them along with giving them world class sales service. Our expansion has already made us No.1 in the NCR, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and many more states.”
The new facility of Audi India sprawls around a vast area of 6000 square feet. It features a vast display area, which can easily showcase 6 Audi models. As per sources, the Audi’s new showroom in South Mumbai also has an Audi Shop and Audi Exclusive elements, wherein the prospective buyers can demand customised products and opt for an array of Audi branded merchandise.
Speaking on the same lines, Abhinav Mittal said, “It is an honour to be associated with Audi in India. For Audi fans who aspire to own the ultimate luxury vehicles, purchasing an Audi car at Audi Mumbai South will be an experience at par with global standards. We have a special focus on world-class after sales process as well at our service facility. We are determined to make Audi as the No.1 luxury car brand in Mumbai.”
Interestingly, Audi Mumbai South also operates an exclusive service facility in Sewri. This unit is spread over 20000 square feet area and has 10 servicing bays, which can service 15 models each day in a single shift. The professionals at the auto maker’s unit are trained to maker sure that optimum services are offered to the Audi customers.
It must be noted that this showroom is Audi’s first dealership in 2013, which is a part of company’s plan of expanding its dealer’s network to 34 by the end of 2013. Expansions plans of the auto maker will mark footprints in Lucknow, Bhubaneswar and Noida, among others.
