The Aston Martin DB11 is set to be unveiled officially at the Geneva Motor Show in a couple of days but the pictures of the car have already surfaced on the internet. The images seem to be authentic, not because they look like studio shots, but because they match with the other leaked pictures. While we await the exact details, here is the DB11 for you.

The DB11 looks like most other Astons, big, bold and beautiful. The timeless silhouette of a long hood two door coupe sits pretty as you take a look from the sides. The creased and muscular bonnet fuses into the trademark Aston Martin grille. The intake scoops on the bonnet and on the side fenders near the wheel arches indicate the generous amount of power stacked within. The tail is classy with the LED lamps wrapped around the integrated rear spoiler.

The DB11 will be powered by the new 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 petrol engine. This is the first time that the British marque is going the force-induction way and the results sound interesting. Estimated to develop around 600bhp of power, the V12 has been developed with help of Mercedes AMG. The DB11 will carry forward the front-engine rear-wheel-drive layout like its predecessors and will be available with a dual-clutch automatic transmission built to shift gears before you can blink an eye.

Aston Martins are fast and expensive and amongst the top rated super cars in the world. The DB11 will be pitched against the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, the Lamborghini Aventador and more supercars across the globe.
