India’s biggest auto show is almost here! Yes we are talking about the 2016 Auto Expo- The Motor Show which will be held at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida from February 5th to February 9th. There will also be a components show that will be held at the Pragati Maidan from Feb 4th to Feb 7th.
During a press meet with SIAM the list of manufacturers present at the exhibition was revealed. Adding to the line-up of the previous edition of the Auto Expo, four-wheeler manufacturers such as Revolta Motors, Force Motors, Jeep, Abarth and Dhasan Moto shall be present at the venue this year. In the two-wheeler segment, DSK Benelli, BMW Motorrad and Polaris from Indian Motorcycles would be the new additions. Apart from the vehicle manufacturers, Auto Expo – The Motor Show 2016 will comprise of tyres and tubes, oil companies, automotive design and technology, engineering and IT for automobile companies, institutions, universities, financial institutions, auto insurance companies, and media and auto publications.
However, missing from this exhibitors list are Bajaj Motorcycles, Volvo Auto India, Skoda Auto India, Harley Davidson and Royal Enfield. In the case of Bajaj Motorcycles missing the event, we can also expect the absence of Kawasaki and KTM.
