  Hyundai Grand i10 Nios - Good but need to improve

  Hyundai i20 - Don't Buy

  Its a premium Hatchback car but Mileage is too horrible. after using of 6 months started some noise from Sunroof, as well as glass doors. Some times the audio system silent. As per my concern don't waste money on such cars.

  Hyundai i20 - Worst Customer Service Goa

  Though the car is good, The customer service at Goa Hyundai and Alcon is worst. They work towards issuing bills but they do not do proper work. Once i had given my car as there was a concern with my Clutch and the ABC indicator was blinking. They returned the car by charging me that the issue is resolved. However, the next day, the car stopped on the middle of the road in the market and i had to raise concern with the Mumbai office. Later they came and replaced the part. This time i had given my car due to water seepage on the back seat. They told me I need to change the antenna as the water seepage was through the antenna. After keeping my car for 20 days, they returned stating there is no seepage. However, after returning the car and due to heavy rainfall, the water seepage was still there. I personally feel so terrible with the way their customer service is.. I am of the strong opinion that they only want to extort the customer without providing any service and ae fooling customers.
