Volkswagen Taigun - Good car let down by poor post sales experience from the dealership

The car looks great on paper, but in reality it has been badly let down by its sub par post sales customer experience.
My car is barely a year old but it has been to the workshop 6 times already on account of a break pad issues (it has been changed once), there is a weird sound as if the car is going to break when one turns to the maximum at low speeds and there is a weird hissing sound from the a/c.
Till date, their workshop is either too incompetent or cheap to take any corrective measures and they keep resorting to half baked tactics such as 'greasing / cleaning' hoping that the problem will go away.
Honestly, its best to avoid this car since they are a bunch of other options which are way more reliable and have much better post sales experience.

We've clocked over 53k km in our XZA+ AT Adventure Persona. The car is a perfect family car, with a usable 3rd row for adults. Most other cars in this segment have a namesake 3rd row. The car is built for long drives and can take 16 hours of driving without fatigue. Feels super safe inside, with the car handling and breaking giving you confidence. The stance is superior and has an amazing road presence. Overall we love our Safari.
