About Mercedes AMG E53 Cabriolet
Mercedes-Benz India introduced the all-new AMG E53 Cabriolet in India on January 6, 2023, at a price of Rs 1.30 crore (ex-showroom). The E53 Cabriolet is a two-door, four-seat convertible version of the E53 Sedan that is available in the country via the CBU route.
On the outside, the convertible sedan features an aggressive front bumper, the signature Panamericana grille with vertical slats, LED headlamps and DRLs, a soft-top roof, quad-tip exhausts, and wraparound LED tail lights.
The Mercedes-AMG E53 Cabriolet's interior includes AMG sports seats, wireless charging, ambient lighting, a flat-bottom multifunction steering wheel, a Burmester-sourced music system, and a large single-piece screen that houses the touchscreen infotainment system and an all-digital instrument console.
The AMG E53 Cabriolet is powered by a 3.0-litre inline six-cylinder turbocharged mild-hybrid petrol engine producing 429bhp and 520Nm of torque. The engine is mated to an AMG Speedshift 9G transmission, which sends power to all four wheels.
