Nissan Magnite facelift

Model launch date:

The facelifted Magnite could be launched in India by the end of the year.

Feature list:

On the design front, the Magnite facelift could get new front and rear bumpers, revised headlamps and LED taillights, and a fresh set of alloy wheels.

Inside, the model is likely to get a tweaked dashboard design and new upholstery. It is currently equipped with features such as a 360-degree camera, touchscreen infotainment system, wireless charger, and a digital instrument console.

Engine, performance, and specifications:

Under the hood, the new Nissan Magnite facelift is expected to be powered by the same 1.0-litre petrol engine in naturally aspirated and turbocharged forms. Transmission options, including the five-speed manual, AMT, and CVT unit, will be carried over unchanged.

Variants:

The refreshed Nissan Magnite is likely to be offered in four variants, namely, XE, XL, XV, and XV Premium.

Safety:

The Magnite facelift has not been tested by an NCAP body as yet.

Competition:

Once launched, the updated Nissan Magnite will rival the Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV300,

Kia Sonet, and the Renault Kiger.
