Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 63 S 4Matic Plus

Summary

This sports car first appeared in India at the Auto Expo, 2020. It currently holds the crown of being the quickest series-production car around the Nürburgring Nordschleife, breaking the lap records set by the likes of the Porsche Panamera and even the two-door AMG GT R! This AMG GT 63S 4Matic+ 4-door Coupé gets all the bells and whistles from the AMG inventory such as Ride control+, 4Matic+ all-wheel-drive, rear-wheel steering, dynamic package plus etc.

 Exterior

It comes with Mercedes-Benz signature multibeam LED headlights along with a wide AMG spec grille. The bumpers feature the AMG design style too and it also adds a radiator flap and an air panel positioned in front of the cooling system air inlet. Mercedes-Benz offers safety features such as surround-view cameras, high-performance compound brakes, 20-inch AMG alloy wheels, sport exhaust and active rear spoiler.

 Interior

The AMG GT 4-door Coupé is offered with a dark-themed Nappa leather upholstery for the AMG sport seats and the cabin also features a similar dark interior. Moreover, the cabin gets a widescreen setup that includes a digital instrument cluster and an infotainment touchscreen system that works with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Besides, there is a wireless charging pad, USB ports, memory package, ambient lighting and 14-speaker Burmester surround sound system.

Engine and Transmission

This sports car is the high-spec AMG in the AMG Coupé line up and hence it is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 bi-turbo petrol engine mated to a nine-speed automatic that develops 630bhp and 900Nm of torque.
