Mahindra Scorpio N On Road Price in Navi Mumbai

I am very disappointed with the Car and also with the No-Information/help/assistance that I received during my yesterday (Smoke coming from Car's Rear and from the Bonnet) short 1. I was out towards the Bengaluru airport dropping off my relatives around 10.10 am and suddenly there was smoke and some burning smell from the rear of the car. 2. Suddenly we all had to get down and in the middle of the road which is not a nice experience to have when driving just a 2-month-old car. (I got it delivered on 14-Feb-2023) 3. Then I opened the hood/bonnet and saw some smoke and did not do anything, I just stood there for 5 minutes and there was noise from traffic all over the place. 4. I had to ask my relatives to take a cab to the airport which was the right decision I made and then I slowly checked if the smoke was still coming out. 5. After 15 mins standing in the same place, I first pressed the SOS button and came to know it was only AMBULANCE and POLICE help 6. I called Mr. Akash (My Sales Rep from Hosur Road, Bangalore Sireesh Automobiles), and he said that today is Sunday and there will be no help from any service center. He also said that he would call me later with some more numbers, but he did not. 7. Then I called the nearest Sireesh showroom, which is in Yelahanka, but they were very busy in Sales/Selling and not for any Service query. They did not even give me a number or anything for any help like Towing number, or something. 8. After almost 3-4 hours of standing in sun and with no help, I got a local police guy to give me the towing person contact and that guy charged me 4000 (in cash) and I got my car back home. I could not drive a car that was giving me smoke just a few hours back. 9. Since today morning I have been calling the Sireesh Jakkur service center, but they also are saying that I have to come on a Service Center available slot which is at 11.30 am on Wednesday 26-Apr. I had to book the slot and they asked me all sorts of questions, but didn't want to listen to my complaint OR why I want to go to the Service Center 10. After that they told me that my Car Registration number is not linked with my Phone number and hence they cannot take the booking. I had to manually go to the website "Hamesh With You" and I also saw the same problem. My profile does not have the Registration number. It has some other number. My request is the following: 1. I want my car to be thoroughly checked and inspected for all wires, joints, and everything and then I need a detailed RCA on the same. I am not going to spend a PENNY for the detailed inspection. 2. I want to know what causes the smoke as well. It should never happen again, or I am dumping it on Sireesh's Hosur Road showroom that same day 3. I want my profile to be updated properly in all links, websites, WYH links/websites, and all other places. 4. I want to also know why my 28L car does not have Apple Car Play. I had raised this issue earlier, but no help from anyone. Very Dissatisfied,
