Mercedes-Benz EQS Maybach

Model launch date:

The EQS Maybach SUV could be launched in India in early 2025.

Variants:

The Mercedes-Maybach EQS SUV is likely to be offered in a single, fully loaded variant.

Feature list:

Exterior highlights of the new Mercedes-Maybach EQS will include 22-inch alloy wheels, dual-tone paints, Maybach logo on the D-pillar, LED light bar above the blanked-off grille, and a chrome B-pillar. Inside, it will come equipped with an MBUX hyperscreen, air suspension, multi-zone climate control, 360-degree camera, twin 11.6-inch screens for second-row passengers, and a 15-speaker Burmester-sourced music system.

Battery pack, powertrain, and specifications:

The EQS SUV in the Maybach form will be powered by a battery pack paired with a dual-motor setup that produces 655bhp and 900Nm of torque. The car is claimed to return a range of 600km in a single full charge.

Safety:

The EQS Maybach SUV has not been tested by an NCAP body as yet.

Competition:

The Maybach EQS SUV will compete against the likes of the Lotus Eletre.
