Toyota Urban Cruiser EV

Model launch date:

The Toyota Urban Cruiser EV is expected to be launched in late 2025.

Variants:

It could be offered in four variants, namely E, S, G, and V.

Feature list:

On the outside, the Urban Cruiser EV could get LED headlamps, LED light bars at the front and rear, large alloy wheels, flush-fitting door handles, C-pillar-mounted rear door handles, skid plates, roof-rails, and an integrated spoiler.

Inside, the model is expected to feature an electric sunroof, two-spoke steering wheel, two fully digital screens on the dashboard, rotary dial for the drive modes, and an auto-dimming IRVM.

Battery, powertrain pack, performance, and specifications:

The upcoming Toyota Urban Cruiser EV is expected to be powered by a 60kWh battery pack paired with a single electric motor. Although unconfirmed, the new electric SUV is likely to return a range of 550km in on a single full charge.

Safety:

The new Urban Cruiser EV has not been tested by an NCAP body as yet.

Competition:

Once launched, the new Urban Cruiser EV will rival the Hyundai Creta EV, Maruti e Vitara, MG ZS EV, and the Tata Curvv EV.
