A premium car taking on mulinationals.
Firstly, looks. It has blend of every thing nice. Nicely contoured body line, nice interiors, state of the art technology and nice engine to boast off which is in vogue even with linea and d'zire.
What Can ImproveAbsolutely good for its price, quality and top of all Tata quality. The after sales service of its passenger cars need improvement. Actually, the Tata Indigo as well as Vista etc are popular as taxis. So when I go for routine servicing, I have no option except to rub shoulders in the waiting lounge with the beedi smoking drivers in the their AC lounges. The Tata's can atleast discreetly pass instructions to attend owner driven cars on priority so as to avoid spending time in the lounge. Secondly, if only servicing is due the job can be finished within an hour or so. They take full day and scare us that that veh if late will be available next day. I have my doubt on engine oil change though they charge us for the same. The do not allow owners to be with their cars while being serviced. Such doubts will not be their at all if allowed.
Tata motors. Carry on with your cars. I am true Indian so why the money should go to multinationals. Tata's are doing a commendable job.
