Vehicle Performance Issues
1. After 104 km, the vehicle stopped and showed a display of injection system failure. When I reported this to the showroom (Mr Lokesh), he told me to switch it off and restart but due to persistent issues I gave the car to the Renault service station (Whitefield, Bangalore) at 226 km; they said there was an engine software issue and we would update and give it. The next day I received a vehicle and I was using it again. The same issue started at 645 km.
2. I took my vehicle to the service station (Whitefield, Bangalore) again on 11th December 2023 at 1160 km, because the vehicle was stopping very frequently; they said software issues and gearbox issues, but this time they said they wanted to observe the vehicle and do complete repair and they took 6 days and delivered my vehicle on 16th December 2023 but the service engineer (Mr Satish) and Manager (Mr Ramesh) were very confident that they have solved my problem and it does not repeat and will give you fitness and quality certificate, i was convinced and took my vehicle.
3. Again today (17th December 2023) i have to drop my vehicle at service station Whitefield, due to repeated jerky movements. My vehicle was repaired and given to me yesterday and not even completed 24 hours, and again one more problem started.
Exactly 36 days and 1224km have been completed and I have given this vehicle 3 times for the repair and kept almost 10 days for the repair. I am very sure, even if i bought a used car with this many problems i would not have got one. I strongly doubt whether I purchased a new vehicle or refurbished or used one. If a new vehicle Quality check might happen. If this happens, these problems should not exist.
