Yamaha launched yet another version of its most popular FZ model. The new Yamaha Fazer was launched in India by the company with the tag line “Touring Spirit”. The FZ model has been especially tweaked for long distance travelling experiences and is a new addition to Yamaha’s FZ portfolio. The company already has FZ-16 and FZ-S models in the market which are highly successful in the 150cc segment.

The all new Yamaha Fazer will be manufactured at its new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant at Surajpur, Uttar Pradesh. The new model has an overall length, width, height of 1,975mm, 770mm and 1,045mm respectively with a seat height of 790mm, wheelbase of 1,335mm, and minimum ground clearance of 160mm.

Yamaha Fazer is priced at Rs. 72,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and is available in four colors, viz; Electric Blue, Midnight Black, Lava Red, and Flaming Orange. “It gives us great pride to say that we have reached yet another milestone in the history of India Yamaha Motor as we inaugurate the new plant and launch Fazer.
