Triumph, the well-known British motorcycle manufacturer, is working hard on improving its footprint in the Indian bike market. Carrying on in the same policy, the company officially announced the opening of a dealership facility in Chandigarh, the capital of Haryana. This dealership unit has been opened by the name of Triumph Krishna. The unit opened by Triumph is its ninth overall and only the second in north India. Other centres where the bike manufacturer has its units in place are Bengaluru, Kochi, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Delhi and Mumbai. The company’s operations are set to expand to the eastern region as it is lining up the opening of a dealership in Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal. By doing this, the bike maker will have forayed into all major cities of India, which makes for an imperative and sound strategy.
