Toyota has put the Etios Cross X edition on sale in India at Rs 6.80 lakhs for the petrol and Rs 8.23 lakh for the diesel (ex-showroom Kolkata). Many dealers are accepting bookings for the car at Rs 22,000 and deliveries will commence next month. Here are three things you should note before you plan to book the vehicle.
- New body colour
The physical appearance of the Etios Cross X remains the same save for the new body colour. The special edition will be sold in this exclusive quartz brown paint.
b. Cosmetic changes
The handful tweaks to the exterior include a blackened grille and X-edition badges. The Cross X is also equipped with body coloured bumpers and body cladding instead of the black ones on the standard Etios Cross.
c. New features
Since the Toyota Etios Cross X is based on the G trim for the petrol and V for the diesel, the previous features will remain the same. Yet, Toyota has altered the seat covers to match the piano black dashboard. The carmaker has also added a reverse parking camera and 6.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with iPod compatibility.
