The tweaks on the exterior include a high roof, new graphics and a 2.2 Dicor badge. The sliding door has been removed and the passengers will have to access their seats from the front door, by folding the front seat. The passenger seats will come equipped with a reclining feature and individual AC vents.

The new Winger has a ground clearance of 185mm, larger 15-inch wheels and heat ventilation air-conditioning with dual condenser for both the front and rear.

The Winger 15 seater is powered by 2.2-litre Dicor engine sourced from the (now discontinued) Tata Safari Dicor. The BS-IV compliant engine develops 100bhp and 190Nm of torque, however, the engine is in a lower state of tune to offer better fuel efficiency. MacPherson struts with coil springs make up the front suspension and the rear gets a double parabolic leaf spring at rear with hydraulic telescopic shock absorber. The manufacturer will offer a standard warranty of 3 years and 3 lakh kilometres.

The 15 seater Tata Winger is expected to be launched next month and priced at par with the Force Motors Traveller.
