      Tata's free check-up camp scheduled from November 11-17

      Tata Motors has organised a Nationwide Mega Service Camp for their customers from November 11 to 17. Tata car owners can get their cars checked at the nearest service centre free of cost during this campaign.

      This check-up will be conducted at 527 Tata workshops across 281 cities in India. Tata vehicles will undergo a 40-point check-up program apart from the different services the consumers will be offered. This includes a free car wash and 20 per cent discount on labour charges and spare parts. The carmaker is also offering 10 per cent discount on selected parts, for which they have allied with many suppliers.

      Dinesh Bhasin, Head, Customer Support, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors, said, "We recognise that sales and service play an important role in customer satisfaction. The Nationwide Mega Service Camp is an initiative which the company undertakes to ensure customers across the country can avail themselves of good value high skilled services. In the last five editions, we have serviced over 5.8 lakh cars. All these activities have resulted in the second highest score in the J D Power 2016 Syndicate Customer Service Index Study, which echoes our commitment to customer service. We want to be among the top three brands in the consumer’s consideration set in the passenger vehicle market and service plays a key role in building a brand. We will continue to offer best value to customers in terms of total cost ownership experience.”
