      Tata Nano is the most trusted hatchback in India - The Brand Trust Report

      Tata Motors' entry-level car - the Nano - has been called the Most Trusted Brand in the hatchback category in 'The Brand Trust Report, India Study- 2015'. This is for the third time that the Nano hatchback has been crowned as the Most Trusted Brand. The Brand Trust Report, India Study 2015 lists 1000 Most Trusted Brands of the country, picked up from 19,000 unique brands, from 270 different categories.

      Tata Motors last year introduced the thoroughly modified version of the Nano hatch, named the Nano Twist. On receiving this prestigious honour, Ms. Delna Avari, Head- Marketing Communications, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit (PVBU), Tata Motors said, “We at Tata Motors are honored and extremely proud to have received this recognition for the third year in a row. With our new way forward strategy in HorizoNext, all our new products and services are guided by Customer Centricity as the core, guiding belief. Awards like these only serve to demonstrate how customers recognize the compelling value proposition and tremendous quality that a Nano offers."

      The Brand Trust Report Study is an annual study, based on a primary research conducted across Indian cities on TRA's proprietary 61-attribute Trust Matrix and research associations with the Indian Statistical Institute.

      As a reminder, Tata Nano is powered by a 624cc petrol engine that churns out 37bhp of maximum power and 51Nm of peak torque. It is claimed to return an impressive fuel economy of 25.4kmpl. The company is also gearing up for the launch of Nano AMT, which has already been spotted several times during its test rounds on Indian roads.
