Besides this, Tata Motors is also working meticulously to develop HR guideline manual for their dealerships that includes aspects like recruitment, training, rewards system and retention. The selected candidates will first undergo an intense training process to polish their soft skills, enhance domain knowledge and sharpen sales and technical skills. Revivified dealerships will be well equipped with technology which will enable the customers with assistance from trained sales managers to set up their cars real time on video walls through tablet PC’s.

Tata Motors’ new Horizonext strategy focuses on customer satisfaction and meeting their demands. The two vital points of Horizonext strategy aims at improved sales point and after-sales service.
