Tata Motors has recently opened a new dealership in Agartala to cater to the sales, service and spares needs in the region for commercial vehicles. It is the first outlet in the North East region from amongst the five planned this year.
Progressive Automobiles is the 3S facility in Agartala opened this week that spreads over an area of 80,000 sq. ft. It is located at Nagichrra Bypass Road and houses 11 workshop bays and two accident bays. This facility houses both a showroom and service area that can cater to 30 vehicles daily.
The workshop gets dedicated express service bays, driver and technicians rest rooms and a water conversation equipment treatment plant (ETP). Other features like Wi-Fi connectivity, mobile workshops for 24X7 customer support etc. are also offered. The company has also devised a new DRONA training module that makes sure that the sales team has access and exposure to training content delivered by their specialists.
Tata Motors’ main aim is to elevate the customer experience and convenience with the inauguration of this facility. The company also plans to revamp its dealer network by providing such new facilities at their dealerships.
