Tata Motors Full Throttle Trails, an initiative by the country's largest automobile manufacturer, will be held in Bhopal on April 7, 2013. The aim of this event is to help customers of Tata Motors Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV) enjoy a true off-roading experience in their own city. This 4 hours off-roading excursion will be flagged off from Noor-Us-Sabah Palace Hotel. A total of 35 SUVs will be participating in this exciting event.
The whole event has been spread across challenging track comprising sand beds, bumpy courses, hills, slush beds and other obstacles to make participants acquainted with various off-roading challenges. Tata Motors Full Throttle Trails wishes to give participants a refreshing break from mundane routines and bring out the adventurer in them. It will be interesting to see how they are able to cope with these unique challenges.
The Tata Motors Full Throttle Trails in Bhopal begins with registrations taking place from 8.00 A.M. to 9.00 A.M., which would be followed by breakfast and briefing between 9-9:30 A.M. Soon after, at 10.00 A.M., all participants will head towards the off-road trail for the challenging adventure drive. The event will then conclude with lunch from 2:30-3:30 P.M. Earlier this year, this unique half-day event was held at Ahmedabad and Surat on April 20 and 13, respectively. While the trail was flagged off from Cambay Grand Hotel in Ahmedabad, it started from Taj Gateway in Surat. Tata Motors continues to engage motorsport enthusiasts by organising this event and participants always turn up in large numbers. One can hope that car rallying continues to be encouraged across the country in a similar fashion, with initiatives from other manufacturers as well. Currently, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors and Volkswagen organise motorsport events at regular intervals all round the year.
