      Tata Motors customers get to avail free car services from March 20 to 26

      Tata Motors has recently announced that a nationwide service camp will be organised for the passenger vehicles of the company. The camp will be held from 20th to 26th March and around 570 authorised dealerships as well as service centres will take part in this camp. In this service camp, the customers will avail free service check-up and various offers on different spare parts. The company has additionally, tied up with 18 suppliers, who have decided to offer discounts lubricants as well as other value added services.

      Dinesh Bhasin, Head of the Customer Support Section of the Passenger Vehicles Business Unit of Tata Motors said, “We are delighted to announce the launch of a nationwide comprehensive service camp for our customers. As a part of our even greater focus on customer delight in our HORIZONEXT strategy, these service initiatives harness technology, our network and customer insights to take customer service to a higher level of customer satisfaction. We are committed to provide our customers with consistent service support across all our models throughout the country. This week-long campaign will not only help us build stronger relationship with our customers but will also allow us showcase the strengths and rich experience of our extensive service network.”

This new service is based on superior technology, a strong and powerful dealer network and deep discussions over consumer feedbacks. Incidentally, Tata Motors gives optimum importance to the feedbacks and deeper insights from its valued customers.

      Smartphones have become the talk of the day and Tata Motors has developed a mobile application – Tata Motors, My Car – for the tech-savvy customers. This application is designed to provide instantaneous details of the camp from anywhere and at any time of the day conveniently. Additionally, customers can book a free service from this application. Incidentally, Hyundai India had announced a similar camp for its customers. This camp ‘Free Car Care Clinic’ has been scheduled from March 13 to 22nd of March. Around 1100 outlets of the company will offer this service.
