      Tata launches 'Zest for Stardom' initiative in association with IIFA

      Indian auto major Tata Motors in association with IIFA has announced a new initiative called 'Zest for Stardom'. Tata Motors will be promoting its upcoming compact sedan, Zest at the yet to be held IIFA awards. The sedan was recently displayed at the 2014 Auto Expo where it grabbed attention of the auto aficionados. Zest for Stardom contest will give a chance to fans to share space on stage with Ranveer Singh from Ramleela fame. Winners will perform with Ranveer Singh at the15th IIFA awards which will be held in April at Tampa Bay (USA).

      The contest goes live today, those who wish to participate can send their one minute dance performance video recorded on Ranveer Singh’s songs atconnect@tatamotors.com. Ten contestants will be shortlisted among the thousands of entries received; an announcement regarding the same will be made on March 6th, 2014. The shortlisted videos can be viewed in the gallery of Zest for Stardom Facebook application. Forum will be open for votes and the one with highest number of votes will be chosen as the winner. Apart from the participants, voting audience can also win prizes every day.

      Once launched in India, Tata Motors will export Zest to international markets like UK and Korea. Exports will begin most likely after September 2014. Tata will bestow Zest compact sedan with automated manual transmission which will first be offered in diesel version and later will be proffered in petrol variant.
