Tata Motors has marked its presence in the Indian market with over decades of expertise in the auto building sector. This week the Indian carmaker shall launch the highly anticipated hatchback named Bolt for the Indian customer. Apart from Bolt, Tata Motors has also been planning on launching the Kite hatchback this year. It is also being said that the Indian camaker has been thinking of launching a sedan version of Kite, but that can be expected to hit the roads only sometime next year.
The upcoming Kite hatchback shall be available in Petrol as well as diesel trims. The petrol version is powered by 1.2 Liter engine, whereas the diesel version is likely to be powered by 1.05 Liter 3-cylinder common-rail diesel engine that is capable of producing about 64.01bhp of power. The rear-wheel powered vehicle comes mated with five-speed manual transmission. On the design front, the vehicle shall feature a sportier stance and may carry a refreshingly new appeal.
