      Tata Bolt joins hands with MapmyIndia Navigation for GPS solution

      Tata Bolt is indeed one hatchback worth looking out for in 2015. The hatchback which was due to be launched his year is now scheduled to launch early next year. To make the hatchback upkempt with times, Tata Motors has collaborated with MapmyIndia to have GPS navigation in this upcoming vehicle. The MapmyIndia Navigation app has reportedly been specially coded to enable easy integration between in-dash screen and you phone. Moreover, the voice guidance function lets you access the local map with ease.

      Speaking more on the occasion, Rakesh Verma, MapmyIndia Managing Director, said, “It has been our constant endeavor to offer the Indian car owners, the very best of GPS navigation. And in this ongoing journey I am happy that India's largest automotive manufacturer Tata Motors has partnered with us. This would give us access to the large number of Tata car buyers and MapmyIndia's navigation package would certainly add to their (customer) delight.       The upcoming Bolt hatchback shall be powered by 1.2-litre Revotron turbo-charged engine that has been tuned to generate about 84 bhp of power at about 5,000rpm and have a torque output of 140 Nm at 1,750 – 3,500rpm. The diesel trim shall be powered by 1.3-litre Quadrajet engine that generates about 73bhp with a peak torque of about 190 Nm. Both the engines have been mated to a five speed manual transmission.
