Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. registered sales growth of 28.5% in March 2012 compared to the same period in 2011. This subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation recorded high growth in its overall sales. Compared to 27,361 units sold in March 2011, Suzuki Motorcycle attained sales figure of 35,158 units in March 2012.
Over the last couple of years, the company managed to maintain a steady growth path. About this growth pattern, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, SMIPL, Mr. Atul Gupta, said, “We have received a good response from the market for all our products, including the newly launched Swish 125. The growing customer satisfaction has led to positive word-of-mouth in the market. We will continue to give the best to our customers.”
