The new model has been tagged at 72190 INR and is expected to take the competition in the two-wheeler market, especially in the segment of 150 cc bikes, to the next level. It also said that the brand is planning to double its production capacity in the next three years or so. This will take their annual production capacity to a million, comprising the launch of new models in a wide range of segments, as well. This comes at a time when it is a known fact that the two-wheeler market in the country is set to become one of the fastest growing industries.

Suzuki is planning to increase the production at its Manesar plant and take it to one million units. Currently, the plant produces approximately 5.4 lakh units on a yearly basis. The doubling of production is based upon the fresh infusion of investments in the category of scooters and motorcycles. On the other hand, the company is also planning to increase the number of its sales outlets across the country. Currently, the number of units of Suzuki is at 525 units, which will be taken to 1000 within a short period. The company is currently going through a huge makeover in the strategy to be employed in the Indian market.

Apart from increasing the number of outlets, the product quality is also under inspection and development processes. The two-wheeler market has grown geometrically in the last few years and Suzuki wants to make the most of this opportunity. According to its strategy, it will launch a number of products in a variety of segments to tap the boom of motorcycle market in the country.
