The modestly styled Ssangyong Tivoli was showcased at the recently concluded 2016 Auto Expo event in India. Ahead of its India debut, the Ssangyong Tovoli has been launched in Nepal at a starting price of NPR 5,375,000 (Approx. Rs 33.66 lakh). The vehicle has been imported in the country via the CBU route.
The newly launched Ssangyong Tivoli is available in petrol and diesel engine options. The 1.6-litre petrol generates 124bhp of power and 157Nm of torque, while the 1.6-litre diesel generates 113bhp of power and 300Nm of torque. The vehicle is offered in six-speed manual transmission and optional automatic transmission.
In terms of dimensions, the Tivoli measures 1795mm in width, 4195mm in length and has a wheelbase measuring 2600mm. The compact SUV carries a smart appeal with stylish LED DRLs, LED taillamps and alloy wheels. To make it interesting from the inside, the interiors sport 3.5-inch touchscreen display and automatic climate control. As for safety, it comes loaded with all modern safety features like ESP, ABS, seven airbags and Tyre Pressure Monitoring system (TPMS).
