Skoda Auto reveals 2013 Superb facelift, launch expected this year

Skoda Auto India Private Limited, the well-appreciated Czech premium car maker, has unveiled first look of the facelift version of its 2013 Superb luxury saloon. The stunning model competes in D segment of the Indian auto market and is the company’s most expensive offering in the country. The 2013 Superb facelift comes equipped with a number of modifications in its interior and exterior attributes.

Speaking of exterior design, the Skoda Superb facelift model comes trimmed with a new logo, front grille, bonnet bumpers and front fenders. Further, the revised headlamps, real and fog lights are aesthetically pleasing, and highlight the car’s premium make and style statement. The headlamps are now bi-Xenon and come with integrated LED daytime running lights. Further, premium saloon’s new interior setting features a four spoke steering wheel, new gear knob and colour schemes. The reworked Skoda Superb is expected to come equipped with an automatic reverse parking assist.

Coming to under-the-hood specifications of 2013 Skoda Superb, the premium sedan will be powered with the same engines that drive its present models. The Czech car maker has not revealed any information regarding its launch, but industry sources have indicated that the Skoda could bring reworked Superb model at Indian shores by the end of 2013
