The " Skoda Assistance NON STOP HELP ON THE ROAD’’ is a unique initiative taken by the company, in a bid to provide a better after sale and ownership experience. This is a complimentary service to all Skoda customers for the initial two years from the date of new car sale. The offer is effective from 1st of March 2011 onward.
Through this program the company will be assisting its customers in case of sudden breakdown of the vehicle, be it any location. The program ensures all time assistance to the Skoda vehicle owners, enhancing their ownership experience.

The services that will be standard in this program include Tele-Assist, Roadside Assistance, Flat Batteries / Battery Jump Start, Emergency Fuel, Flat Tyres, Emergency vehicle access/ lost key services, Towing/Transportation, Emergency Message Relay and Accident Co-ordination. On the other hand, the premium program services include Tax, Accommodation, Rental Vehicle and Vehicle Recovery.
