The leading German auto giant Porsche AG is all set to roll-out the new generation model of its Porsche 911 Carrera at the Frankfurt auto show. This is the seventh edition of this iconic luxury sports car which was first introduced to the world market in year 1963.
With more power at its heart and more space inside, the all new 911 Carrera offers better performance and higher level of convenience and comfort to the passengers. The car carries two engine options including a 350- and 400-horsepower engine. However, the company has maintained the signature design of silhouette with its sloping roofline.
Speaking to reporters, Porsche CEO Matthias Mueller said that the company has managed to sell 7,00,000 cars in the global market, so far, and more than 80 percent o these cars are still drivable.
In the German market, the all new Porsche 911 Carrera is price at 88,037 Euro on road, while the higher variant Carrera S that is powered by a more powerful engine, is priced at 1,02,436 Euros. The prices of these models in the US market are $82,100 and $96,400, respectively.
