Royal Enfield Classic 350 happens to be the twin sibling of Classic 500 and finds no major differences as far as the exteriors are concerned. The front fender has a body coloured retro look that covers the tyres completely. It gets tiger eye lamps, circular head lights and a small chrome finished tiny visor. It has chrome finished rear view mirrors and orange coloured circular indicators just the way Classic 500 has.

This immensely popular motorbike is offered in two types of seating i.e. solo rider seat with coil springs or a split seat for pillion rider. It has wide and well-padded seat that can provide a comfortable, pain less and stress free seating. The wide handle bar gives a strong palm grip and the front set foot pegs helps the rider's foot stay in a relaxing position. The rubber pads situated around the fuel tank of Classic 350 offers comfortable thigh grip and firm hold of the bike. Its wide handle bar can be reached easily which provides strong grip on the palm.

It shares its powertrain with its lookalikes, the Bullet and Electra. It comes powered by a single cylinder, air-cooled, 4-stroke 346 cc engine that churns out a power output of 19.8 bhp at 5250 rpm and 28 Nm of peak torque at 4000 rpm. It has a five speed manual transmission system with a gear shift pattern of one gear down and four gears up. Royal Enfield Classic 350 is not much of a fuel efficient motorbike because mileage offered by it in city ranges from 22-25 kmpl and around 25-28 kmpl on highways. Coming to its performance and acceleration, the engine of the bike helps riders avail powerful, low and mid-range cruising. It isn't meant for speed lovers, rather for riders who wish to go for relaxed highway ride.

Since it is a heavyweight bike, the high value of torque at low rpm helps in managing the mass. The good part about this bike is that the rider would not feel any vibrations even at a speed of 100 kmph. The silencer makes less noise and has a reduced thumping effect which, industry experts feel, may not go down well with Bullet enthusiasts. The gear requires less amount of force even when undergoing frequent gear transitions. Braking system present in this bike comprises twin piston calliper along with a front disc brake of 280mm and a powerful rear drum brake of 153 mm.

This bike has been facilitated with lockable tool kit on both the sides that acts like a storage space. Safety features such as powerful halogen head light and pass button are included. The head lamp comes with DC electrical system, thus, helping in giving a clear visibility of roads at night or foggy conditions. It is available with the standard electric start in three different colours namely black, silver and royal maroon. Priced around Rs. 1.2 lakh, this bike offers a powerful engine with an acceptable fuel economy.
