More details have been revealed on upcoming Ford Figo sedan that is slated to launch in India early next year. Ford Brazil will introduce the same sedan under a different name (KA+) in Brazil. Unveiled globally for the first time at 2014 Auto Expo, Figo sedan is a new entry level sedan that will replace ageing Classic sedan in India. Since then a couple of more changes have been made to the vehicle, Ford Brazil recently showcased KA+ sedan at the launch of Ka hatchback (new generation Figo). In the front, the sedan featured a single parabola head lamps, in the front is the Aston-Martin inspired grille with chrome inserts. Other than these, round shaped fog lamps have been equipped in the front and a wide air dam is also present. Presence of 15 inch alloy wheels render a sombre stance to the sedan also two preeminent creases run across the length of the car further improving the overall semblance.Good quality material has been used inside the cabin, interiors resemble substantially with the Fiesta sedan. Centre console has been painted in gloss black and comes embedded with a digital display in Ice Blue shades. Ford’s new SYNC infotainment system has also been equipped in KA+ sedan, since this feature is offered in EcoSport and Fiesta in India we can expect Figo sedan to come with this feature. Device menu gets traction control and assistant starting ramp.
The SYNC infotainment system features functions like CD/MP3 player, Bluetooth, USB, AUX, SMS reader and most importantly voice commands. Ample of gloss black can be seen inside the cabin like central air con vents, gloss black finished three-spoke adjustable steering wheel with audio and telephony buttons mounted on it. Utility space has also been provided inside the cabin in the form of two cup holders and bottle holders.
