Renault has been in news recently over reports of production being stopped for Pulse hatchback and Scala sedan in the country. As a pleasant surprise to Renault lovers in the country, the company has announced the launch of 2015 Renault Pulse at a lucrative price tag of about Rs. 5.03 Lakhs (Ex-showroom Delhi). The new 2015 trim shall be available across all dealership outlets in the country. Speaking more on the launch, Mr. Sumit Sawhney, Country CEO and Managing Director, Renault India Operations, said, “Pulse is an important part of our product portfolio and we have made several product enhancements to make the 2015 Pulse even more attractive and exciting for customers. We have topped this with competitive pricing backed with an attractive finance option which adds to its value proposition, making it one of the strongest offerings in the premium hatchback segment.”
The new 2015 Renault Pulse is available in petrol as well as diesel trims. The petrol version is powered by the efficient and powerful 1.2 litre XH5 engine. Whereas, the diesel trim is stated to be powered by 1.5 litre K9K dCi engine. Speaking of new features, the hatchback gets smart key access with engine start and stop button, auto folding outside rear view mirrors and an integrated 2 DIN music system with Bluetooth and USB. The safety factor has also been given a priority by the company as it introduces the ABS+EBD, dual airbags and crash sensors, thereby making it one of the safest hatchbacks in its segment.
On the exterior as well interior front the vehicle gets automatic headlamps, steering mounted controls and a height adjustable driver seat. Moreover, its dual dual tone dashboard with a piano black finish on the center fascia makes it all the more refreshing look.
