The recently held Renault Star Guild Awards 2015 held at Reliance Mediaworks, Film City has been a grand success. The event was honored with the presence of stars from the Indian film and television industry who had come down to celebrate the best of 2014 in Hindi Cinema and Television. Popular comedian Kapil Sharma played the role of a perfect host as he took to the podium for the evening. Renault was the main attraction in the star studded Renault Star Guild Awards and celebrities were happy checking out Renault Cars. Post signing on the Renault Duster on the Red carpet, many of them could be seen posing around it.
The event marked with accolades and awards for the best in the industry also featured enthralling performances by superstars like Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra. Stars like Alia Bhatt and Jacqueline Fernandes also performed to the tunes from popular tracks from recent hits.
Some of popular awards given out at the event were - The Film & Television Producers Guild of India and Wizcraft International Entertainment emerged as winners in the '2014 Film & Television for the year' award. 'Lifetime Acheivement Award' was lifted by Rakesh Roshan, whereas Alia Bhatt was honored with the 'Gionee Most Stylish Youth Icon' award. Deepika Padukone who has been delivering hits for quite a while has been awarded with the 'Entertainer of the Year' title.
The all new Renault Duster AWD displayed at the event was autographed by stars like - Deepika Padukone, Gulshan Grover, Priyanka Chopra, Rajkumar Hirani, Ritesh Deshmukh, Shahid Kapoor, Tiger Shroff and Varun Dhawan. The recntly released movie PK by Rajkumar Hirani picked up multiple awards like - Best Dialogue, Best Director, best Sound Mixing and also a special award acknowledging its more than 100 Crore earning success.
Renault India used the event as right platform to showcase its much awaited Lodgy MPV in the presence of India’s 3 decade favourite Bollywood Celebrity and internationally acclaimed actor - Mr. Anil Kapoor and Mr. Sumit Sawhney, Country CEO and Managing Director, Renault India Operations. The event also marked actor Hrithik Roshan as the first proud owner of the all new Renault Lodgy MPV.
