Renault’s D-Segment premium offering Fluence competes with cars like the Volkswagen Jetta, Hyundai Elantra and Skoda Octavia in India. Though, the competition has already upgraded their cars with new generation models, the Fluence had to make do with a mere facelift in 2014.

However, with the reveal of the new Megane, photorshop artist Theophilus Chin has scooped out a completely radical side profile for the next generation Renault Fluence. According to the illustration, the new gen Renault Fluence gets diamond cut machined alloys with a rising shoulder line on the side. The large wrap headlights make way to the side and initiate a dynamic line which travels all the way to the rear. The side rocker mouldings have been beefed up too. The short boot profile with slender LED tail lamps make it look similar to the Audi A3 sedan.

While the outside has been completely refurbished by the illustrator, it is in reality that Renault is working on the next generation Fluence and it will feature the modern design language as seen on its new age cars. The Renault Fluence is priced at Rs 14.72 lakhs for the E2 variant and Rs 16.31 lakhs for the E4 variant. Powered by a 1460cc diesel engine that makes 108 bhp of power, it delivers a mileage of 20.4 kmpl.
