On the occasion of second anniversary of Renault Duster compact SUV in domestic market, the company has rolled out second anniversary edition of the vehicle. Renault has also doled out a lucrative offer for the prospective buyers under which they can buy the anniversary edition Duster at Rs 8.8 lakh, however this offer is confined only until July 20th. Lately the company had launched special edition of Duster to celebrate milestone of ’1 lakh unit sale’ of SUV in India.
Powering the SUV is the 1.5 litre dCi powertrain that develops varied power outputs of 85 PS and 110 PS. Additional features and benefits on offer on the second anniversary edition vary it from the standard version. Renault India is also offering an additional two years warranty, free four years roadside assistance on the second anniversary edition along with free Gang of Duster Membership. Among the additional features, the SUV has been bestowed with new Amazon Green exterior shade, neon interiors rendering a sporty semblance from inside and robust front armour with lamps and smoked head lights.
Considering fierce competition around the SUV, Renault is working on a facelift version of the SUV that could be launched by the end of this calendar year. Besides the facelifted variant of Duster, Renault will also launch a 4X4 version of the vehicle soon in domestic market.
