Reliance General Insurance one of the leading names in the car insurance sector has introduced a new feature called ‘Anywhere Assist’ for private car insurance policies. The feature comes as part brand’s promise, stating that, “Car breakdowns won’t last for long. The company has introduced the 24x7 roadside assistance service for all Reliance private car insurance policy customers owing to the new ‘Anywhere Assist’ feature.
As per the new policy feature, customers are entitled to receive roadside assistance within a large radius of about 25kms where the vehicle broke down and avail of benefits and services like - emergency fuel assistance, delivering back-up key, towing assistance, battery jumpstart, minor repairs, tyre punctures, organising a taxi, organising hotel accommodation, and sending outgoing messages. One of customer named Kalpesh G Ghelani who availed of this feature said, “On July 21, my car broke down and I made a call to Reliance and I am happy to say they were prompt to revert. They arranged a towing facility and dropped the vehicle at the desired service centre. I appreciate their services. I never expected to get such a quick response for on-the-spot roadside assistance. Thanks to your team for delivering the promise made.”
The best part about the ‘Anywhere Assist’ feature in all Reliance private car insurance policy is that the company is not charging an special fee for this on-road service, it is indeed a complimentary offering by Reliance as an add-on to its car insurance policy offering in the country.
