Product Development Program from Tata Motors

Tata Motors is ready to mark the history in the same way as Ford did 100 years ago in the US. The company intends to introduce a host of products catering to the world demand. The company has undertaken a massive product development program using the development facilities and skills at its disposal in Pune and in the UK, and also its two major acquisitions, JLR.

It has partnered with Fiat for the overseas distribution of its cars and has also claimed a stake in the internationally acclaimed Italian design house – Pinanfarina. This gives a deep insight into the plans of the company and what the customers around the globe can expect from it.

Its latest models Tata Nano is ready to break all the sales and booking records and is already the cheapest car in the world. Tata has a joint venture with Fiat in India and this JV is ready to roll out premium B-segment model – Grand Punto in India which is one of the most successful models in Europe. The model was designed by the famous Giorgetto Giugiaro of Italdesign. Tata Xover is the next 7 seater passenger car that is ready to roll out on the Indian roads and is designed to accept Tata's next generation Euro IV compliant powertrains.
