These new PASS will be equipped with all facilities to support the company's latest launch, RiO.

Premier will badge the sourced 1.3 litre Multi-jet diesel engine of RiO as 'CRDi4'. The compact SUV will be in adherence to BS 4 emission norms which will improve the vehicle's drivability. RiO will provide an excellent fuel efficiency of 19 kmpl both in the city and on highways.

The 'CRDi4' is a 1,248 cc engine comprising four cylinders. It offers a maximum power of 72 bhp (53 kw) and a maximum torque of 72 bhp (53 kw) @ 4,000 rpm. The overall length of the compact vehicle is 3,970 mm with an overall width and height of 1,570 mm and 1,730 mm, respectively. We expect this vehicle to delight customers immensely: it is great looking and now thrilling to drive.... a true value-for-money proposition. The RiO is for those who want to be different; to stand apart,” said Maitreya Doshi, Chairman & Managing Director, Premier Ltd.
