      PPAP Automotive Limited has been a popular manufacturer of Automotive Sealing Systems, who has been catering to leading OEM’s like Maruti Suzuki, Honda Cars India Limited, Toyota Kirloskar Motors, Renault Nissan India, General Motors India, Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra and their Tier 1 suppliers. The company is also known for manufacturing quality Interior and Exterior Injection Molded Automotive parts in India.

      The company manufactures Automotive Sealing System via continuous Extrusion process. The company uses Extrusion lines which are capable of processing Engineering polymers like PVC, PP, TPO, TPE and TPV materials. The company also has Co-Extrusion facilities which are capable of extruding up to 4 different hardness materials into a single profile based on the customer's requirements. The company also reportedly has Injection Molding machines ranging from 60 tons to 2500 tons.

      Apart from leading automakers mentioned above, the company is continuously working towards expansion of its customer base to Hyundai and other manufacturers as well. Currently the company caters to its client needs via state of the art manufacturing facilities are located in Noida (UP), Greater Noida (UP), Chennai (Tamil Nadu) and Pathredi (Rajasthan). In order to cater to increase in demand, PPAP is also planning to set up a new facility in Chennai and Gujarat.

      PPAP has a technology transfer agreement with Tokai Kogyo Co. Ltd, Japan for development and manufacturing of Automotive Sealing Systems and Injection Molding parts. The relationship between both the companies started in 1989 and since then both the companies enjoy a harmonious and mutually beneficial relationship with each other. The company has also been working on reducing cost of the component by VA/VE as demanded by customers. The clients have also been expecting higher levels of localization in toolings, process and raw materials.

      For lightweight component needs, the company introduced TPO / TPV material based Automotive Sealing System for its customers. These new raw materials claim to reduce the weight of the products by upto 30%, which in turn supports the customer’s in achieving a better mileage for their vehicles.
