After the Mission E, Porshce is interesting on a lot of electirc SUV options. Porsche is pretty gung-ho about the upcoming Mission Electric sedan and has now announced coupe versions of its SUV’s. With the Mission E almost ready for production, Porsche is already looking at more EV options. Porsche is still considering the options of an electric SUV as of now and a decision should be out by the first half of 2018.
The same goes for adding coupe body styles for its SUV’s as well, namely the Cayenne and the Macan. According to Porsche there might be an opportunity but the decision weighed heavily on how much volume it would garner. The next generation Macan is due in 2020 and it would mostly be an electric.
