      Nissan IDS Concept steals limelight in Tokyo Motor show

      The ongoing event in Tokyo Motor Show has been offering a strong platform for global automakers to showcase their potential at the event. Japanese automaker Nissan has also showcased the IDS (Intelligent Driving System) concept loaded with futuristic technology. The new design could also probably be used to some extent in designing the new Leaf.

      Nissan has extensively used carbon-fibre and aerodynamic fins that makes the vehicles lighter and enables long distance driving. The vehicle wrapped with LED lights all around probably may be offered for better pedestrian visibility. The driver has an option to choose from manual driving mode, or the 'piloted' mode via the on-board artificial intelligence system.
