Nissan and Red Bull Racing has a tie-up for the Grand Prix that concluded on Sunday, 28th October, 2012. The Japanese carmaker made arrangements for the highly acclaimed F1 team with the help of 10 Evalia cars for various needs during the event held in Greater Noida. The car is spacious and not too huge on the outside, making it the top choice for the racing team. The car was launched in India in September, and not many units of the car can yet be seen on road. At such a time, it is a positive move by Nissan to promote the new vehicle in the Indian circuit.
However, the assistance from Nissan does not end here. For numerous purposes, the car manufacturer provided the team with more than 30 vehicles. The award-winning light commercial vehicles like NV200 and NV400 were of major assistance to the team. This is not the first event when the car manufacturer has helped a team with utility vehicles. NV200 and Civilian were provided during the Chinese Grand Prix in April 2012. Likewise, the NV3500 for the Grand Prix du Canada in June, and NV350 in Grand Prix Japan were made available for Milton Keynes based team.

Extensive travel is part and parcel of Formula One, and the transportation of our material and staff are an essential part of our successful operations. We are very reassured that the Evalia will be supporting our race operations at this year’s India Grand Prix.”
