The stylish new Innova Crysta from Toyota had many eyes caught on it during the 2016 Auto Expo. For those who are keen on driving the new Innova Crysta home, the Toyota dealers have started accepting bookings for the same for Rs 50,000. The deliveries for the same would begin from May this year. Based on the New Global Architecture (TNGA) platform, the vehicle indeed emerges as a promising MPV for this year.
Under the hood, the new Toyota Innova comes in petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol trim comes with 2.0-litre VVT-i that generates about 137bhp and 183Nm of torque, while the diesel comes with a 2.4-litre GD engine that generates about about 147bhp and 342Nm of torque. The automatic on the other hand generates about 147bhp of power and 360Nm of torque. The new design helps the vehicle achieve high speeds comfortably. As for safety, the new Innova Crysta comes loaded with ABS, EBD and BA. Inside, it would be loaded with touchscreen infotainment system with navigation support, USB with AUX-In, automatic climate control with rear cooler, auto-close tailgate, steering mounted controls, chrome window lining and power-driver seat.
