Tata Motors is ready to launch face lifted model of Tata Indigo CS during Diwali time in India. It will be a limited edition model which will sport new headlamps with blinkers, side indicators on powered mirrors on the exteriors. The interiors will feature new wooden finish centre console, new leather wrapped steering wheel, new door handle caps, sporty pedals and six-powered electric seats.
Tata is targeting young professionals and executives with a limited budget who wish to own a good sedan. The model is already quite successful in the country as it was engineered to benefit from tax exemptions.
The new limited edition model will be available in White Porcelain colour which is borrowed from Tata Indica Vista Anniversary Edition. All batching is done in Dark Chrome to add a difference in the style. Tata Motors has not disclosed price details of the new model so far.
The company is also planning to launch a new Indigo sedan in India. It is already over-whelmed by the successful response received for premium compact car Indica Vista. The second model of Indigo Vista sedan will hit the Indian market by late next year.
