The new Mercedes-Benz E-Class has been spotted with minimal camouflage in a video shot by WalkoART. Thanks to minimal camouflage, the video grab gives a clear idea of how the new E-Class will look. The new E-Class features the Mercedes’ new design language seen on the S-Class and the C-Class but of course, in terms of size, the new E will fit somewhere in between the other two letters. The new E-Class will sport a 55mm longer wheelbase compared to the current car, but will measure the exact same length.
The interior styling have been borrowed from the S-Class as well. The E-Class has a COMAND infotainment system with a 12-inch display and the same flowing dashboard from S can be seen on the E-Class too, along with ambient lighting. Mercedes-Benz is still quiet on the engines that will be powering the new E-Class. But expect the new-generation car to be lighter, more powerful and more efficient as well. The line-up should include a 2.0-litre petrol and diesel engines displacing 2.2-litre. A 3.0-litre petrol and diesel might be on offer too, while there will be an AMG spec E-Class with the 4.0-litre V8 bi-turbo for sure.
