The next generation Ford F-150 Harley Davidson model has recently been unveiled with a fresh look and styling and is set to replace the previous generation model of the company. The new 2012 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson carries a number of similarities in comparison to F-150 SVT Raptor. This includes a power packed 6.2 liter V8 engine that is capable of delivering a peak power of 411 hp along with a peak torque of 434 lb/ft.
It should be mentioned here that the F-150 Harley Davidson is a special edition of the Ford F-150, where icon bike manufacturer Harley Davidson has lent its brand and image to the car.
The new Ford F-150 Harley Davidson has got a slew of additional style, luxury and comfort boosting features. The exterior of the car is made aggressive and bold with snake skin texture. The features like new 22 inch aluminum wheels with the attractive detailing and a Harley Davidson bar and logo provide a finishing touch to the styling of the new car. According to F-150's Program Manager Mr. Mike Massara, the company has used the concept of light to dark for its exterior, first time in any of its vehicles.
On the other hand, the interior of the car is blessed with snake skin textures throughout including snakeskin leather seats and inserts with the matching texture on the scuff plates. A choice of white and Tuxedo Black interior color theme has been offered to the customers.
The other mentionable features of the new 2012 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson include a 4.2 LCD screen along with an 8" touch screen to ensure easy navigation, heated rear seats, rear view camera, moon roof and remote start.
