Audi is a part of Volkswagen group and has serious expansion plans for India. Declining car sales or ongoing credit crisis has not deterred car manufacturers to express their interest in the Indian car market. Audi has adopted the top-down approach for establishing itself in the country. It has launched its premium luxury models such as Audi TT, A6, A8, Q7 and A4. It now plans to launch its A1 and A3 luxury models in India.
